How to strategically think tactically

THREE Lists you need to build your vision.

Have you ever seen someone ride a bike—concentrating extra hard just to keep his feet moving and the bike pointed in the right direction?

To that person, that concentration is justified because every pedal is the tactic that builds the strategy of moving the bike forward.

Zoom out a little and we might notice that our bike rider has no idea where he or she is pedaling TO, right? They’re so focused on the tiny things they’ve missed the point that they should be GOING somewhere.
